Las rosquitas de mantequilla tienen un ligero sabor azucarado que las convierte en un entremés versátil y poco empalagoso, que se puede disfrutar durante todo el día.
Mezcla manualmente la manteca (a temperatura ambiente), el azúcar (disuelta en los 350 mililitros de agua) y la esencia de vainilla.
Incorpora la harina, el sésamo, el anís, la leche en polvo, la sal y el colorante.
Viertelos en la batidora y mézclalos en primera velocidad durante 10 minutos.
Corta piezas de 30 gramos y amasa hasta obtener tiras de 20 centimetros.
Trenza cada tira para formar las rosquitas y luego barnízalas con el huevo batido.
Hornéalas sobre una bandeja engrasada a 190ºC durante 15 minutos

Si no le es posible tener a su alcance una batidora para mezclar los ingredientes, pruebe hacerlo manualmente, para ello observe el video y analice como debe tener la contextura la masa para estar lista y bien amasada.
